Fast Rescue provides 24/7 towing and roadside assistance subject to availability. Service is available across Miami and Miami-Dade County, Florida. We do not guarantee service in all locations at all times.
Response Times
We dispatch immediately upon your call. Actual response times vary based on location, traffic, and technician availability. No specific response time is guaranteed.
Pricing
Pricing is provided at the time of dispatch. Flat rate pricing is available for standard services. Additional charges may apply for extended distance, specialty equipment, or after-hours premiums. All pricing is confirmed before service begins.
Limitation of Liability
Fast Rescue's liability is limited to the cost of services rendered. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
